Anthony “Tony” Logalbo was the highly respected Director of Finance for the Town of Concord who retired in September 2016 after 32 years of dedicated service.  In honor of his years of service to the townspeople of Concord, and his particular commitment to current and future generations of Concord youth through his stewardship of the scholarship funds left by bequest to the Town of Concord, colleagues and friends from the Town of Concord undertook a fundraising initiative to endow a scholarship to be held and awarded by the Board of Trustees of The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle (“The Scholarship Fund”).  Awards will be made by The Scholarship Fund Awards Committee in accordance with the policies of The Scholarship Fund, with preference for graduates of the Concord-Carlisle Regional High School who demonstrate interest in finance, economics and/or municipal government.
